Pre-Camp Experience 2025

This year, we’ve been working hard not only to make the camps better than ever but also to improve the pre-camp experience.

Our goal is to take all players’ mindset and fitness to the next level, ensuring they’re all more than ready to crush it at camp.

We had already started with our new Camp Welcome Calls with Camp Manager Ben to

• welcome every new player into the Train Effective Community

• get to know him as a player

• and guide him from sign-up until the first day of camp.

And in March, we’ll go to the next phase of the Pre-Camp Experience!

A. Virtual Academy Access

All 2025 camp players will gain exclusive access to our Virtual Academy Masterclasses.

In these online video calls, players can learn firsthand from coaches, pro players, and other experts of the game to

• increase your confidence

• improve your tactical understanding

• and develop the mindset of a Pro.

This is the chance for players to preview the world-class coaching and masterclasses they’ll experience at camp.

B. Pre-Camp Fitness Benchmark Tests

In March, all camp guests will also receive their first fitness tests.

These tests will give every player a good understanding of where they currently stand when it comes to their fitness and endurance.

Combined with these tests, we’ll also share certain benchmarks we’d like all players to achieve before coming to the camp.

This way we can ensure that all players are up to speed and can make the most out of their time at the camp!

C. Pre-Camp Preparation Programme (6 weeks before camp)

But the preparation doesn’t stop there.

Starting six weeks before camp, all players also get access to our pre-camp preparation programme on the Train Effective app.

This programme is designed to complement the benchmark tests and make sure every player is optimally prepared to perform at their best at camp.
