How this Train Effective Camp player signed for West Ham Foundation ⚒️

Hugo Tignel is a 22-year-old player from France, who’s played in Spain and Dubai.

He joined the Train Effective Spring Camp 2025 where he showcased his quality from day one and instantly stood out to our coaches.

During the camp, he and his agent met with West Ham representatives, who were impressed that he had flown to London to participate in our training camp, displaying his motivation to improve.

And ever since, his agent has stayed in contact with West Ham.

Meanwhile, back at the camp, Hugo continued to display his class all the way through to our showcase matches, where he stood out as a clear talent and bagged himself a few goals too.

And now, 3 months after those matches during the camp, he has signed with West Ham’s Foundation U23 side.

This comes as no surprise to us whatsoever, we knew he had a bright future ahead and this is the perfect step to take his career to that next level!
